Happy Hearts Early Pregnancy Classes

Happy Hearts offers early pregnancy classes to expectant couples during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy. The purpose of this class is to give you the information you need early on in your pregnancy to give your baby the best start he/she can have. I have received my childbirth educator training through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association). www.cappa.net

The class will cover such topics as:

Anatomy and physiology of pregnancy
Information regarding the importance of healthy diet and nutrition
Prenatal care options
Tests performed during pregnancy
Delivery options
Exercises to make your pregnancy, birth and postpartum more comfortable

Happy Hearts Early Pregnancy Classes are offered as private classes presented to you in the comfort of your own home that we can work around your schedule. There is a lot of information to cover as you can see and I want my clients to be well informed so that they can make educated decisions that are right for them and their baby.
